During processing, a temperature of less then 100 degrees is maintained to assure that the final product remains raw. Our organic raw carob powder is a great treat for those who like raw food. It is a substitute of raw cocoa powder, in confectionery it can be added to flour (add 250g to 1kg of flour).
It can be used in cakes, hot drinks, soya milk shakes and desserts. It is naturally sweet thus it requires less additional sugar to sweeten. You can use our Carob Syrup instead of sugar to sweeten your favorite desserts. There are no preservatives or fillers added.
