Honey and flavor

The location of the prey and the timing of the harvest determine the quality, quantity and appearance of the honey. While there are many herbs such as thyme and wild plants in mountain regions, the nectar of rape or fruit blossoms is differently composed and tastes differently. Another different taste and look is created when the bees gather in pine or other forests, thus producing forest honey. Which is darker and more intensive in the taste. In addition to the location, where the beehive is placed, also the time, when bees collect the nectar, influences the taste. The combination of blooming plants, the climate varieties from year to year and lots of other parameter produce the different taste of honey. The beekeeper could influence the honey result by the selection of those parameters. He try to arrange different basic tastes – the rest is only nature – if you buy the right and good one.
